Job Purpose Summary
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the enterprise’s security solutions through management of the organization’s security analysts and establishing an enterprise security stance through policy, architecture and training processes. Job Purpose

Job Purpose

• Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;
• Development of a comprehensive risk register which should be regularly updated
• Establishing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to guide the evaluation of each risk for its vulnerability and impact to the Group
• Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example to the risk and compliance committee of the board so they understand the most significant risks, to the business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks.
• The jobholder will ensure that there is an effective method for the monitoring and reporting of the status of all corporate risks to the Board Risk and Compliance Committee and the Board.
